Air Technical Industriesng a hinged dock plate that allows for lifting and loading trucks even when a building is not equipped with a traditional loading dock, the company's zero-low dock lift is designed to lower flush to ground level. The system features side fenders that enable the pallet to rest level and secure while the forklift or handcart can be pulled away. It is available in capacities ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 lb, with deck sizes from 50 x 48 in. to 60 x 156 in. and maximum lift heights can range from 32 to 96 in. Additional power options include a 110 volt, single phase motor or a 220/440 volt 3 phase, a.c. operated motor, and a heavy duty or extra heavy duty cycle package is available for continuous duty applications. Safety skirts are also available to shield internal mechanisms of the unit from debris.
