AME has developed and designed a maintenance and repair cost estimating system with over 3500 items. The features within this system identify the labor and material unit cost, the correct craft identifier, the building system code, and the standard description of the corrective action. When applicable, the system incorporates demolition, setup and cleanup costs to reflect real costs in the maintenance environment. This comprehensive database has been developed and appended to encompass nearly every corrective action and/or renewal requirement identified during a condition assessment process. The system also allows the flexibility to override standard costs given unusual circumstances.
